Here you will find refurbished devices that we sell as REMAN electronics via our online shop.Our refurbished electronics are brought up to the quality standard of a new device. The electronics are carefully refurbished by us and offered for sale ready for installation. The replacement parts are just as efficient as new devices. However, a Reman part costs considerably less than a brand new part.

With the SMD assembly system, we manufacture printed circuit boards in the shortest possible time – quickly, accurately, and automatically.1. Applying solder paste: Solder paste is applied to the raw circuit board in a paste printer.2. Placing components: In the two SIPLACE automatic placement machines, small and large SMD components are placed precisely in the solder paste applied to the circuit board with the aid of cameras.3. Reflow soldering in the soldering oven: In the soldering oven, the applied components are soldered to the board. The climate chamber simulates real environmental conditions – essential for development and ideal for production monitoring. Whether humidity, high or low temperatures: the climate chamber reliably tests your part for functionality and service life under extreme conditions.

Our heating cabinet heats assemblies to the required temperature or with the required temperature profile. This cabinet has a wide range of applications for us. From supportive heating to technically necessary heating or heat storage, this is a frequently used tool.

Clean air thanks to extraction system
Our extraction systems filter soldering fumes and harmful vapors and particles directly from the air. This not only protects the health of our employees, but also ensures a safe and clean working environment—for precise work under the best conditions.
Thoroughly cleaned with the cleaning table
Heavily soiled parts are thoroughly and sustainably cleaned on the Bio-Circle cleaning table. Oils, greases, paints, and other residues can be efficiently removed—ideal for reconditioning remanufactured components such as the John Deere power shift transmission or the Claas VSE transmission control unit. The result: clean, reconditioned remanufactured parts.
Deep cleaning in an ultrasonic bath
Our ultrasonic baths thoroughly clean dirty circuit boards—such as those found in the Claas VSE transmission control unit. Residues such as flux or old paint are effectively removed thanks to special cleaning agents. The result: clean components and a long-lasting repair.
Securely packaged thanks to foam padding
With our FOAMplus foam padding machine, we package repaired electronic parts precisely and shock-proof – for example, the 10-inch terminal from Fendt. The foam-in-bag system reliably protects your device from damage during transport – ensuring it arrives safely at your location.
